Chats Dashboard - global view

Chats Dashboard is created to access 1:1 Chats, Channels and Subscribed chats. In this screen you’ll be able to see all your chats and communicate with every user that can see that chat.

This is a global view for all you need in one place.

How to access:

1. Navigate to “Apps” section on the top navigation bar or in Global Settings if you have admin permissions.

2. After choosing Chat for Jira, you will be navigated to the Dashboard.

3. You can access there all 1:1 chats, subscribed ones and channels. All in one place.

4. Click “+” icon to create new 1:1 chat or channel.

5. You can also manage messages from this view: edit, delete, and create issue from there.

🔔 Want to stay up to date with new messages?

Heads up: You’ll only receive notifications for chats that are visible on your dashboard.

This means:

• You’ll get notified about chats you’re actively part of or have marked as favorites

• If a chat isn’t on your dashboard, you won’t receive any notifications about it

To stay in the loop, make sure to add to favourites important chats so they’re always visible!
