2. Click the Apps dropdown and select Find new apps.

3. The Find new apps screen will appear.

4. Search for Chat for Jira and click on the app tile.

5. The App Details screen will load.

6. Click Try it free to kickstart the installation process.

7. Congratulations! You're all set! Don't forget to click Close ‘Close’ in the Installed and ready to go dialog.

Experience seamless team interaction by opening dedicated chat windows for both projects and issues within the Chat for Jira app:

1. Navigate to your desired project or issue.

2. Click the Chat option to open a dedicated chat window for that specific project or issue.

3. Start collaborating effortlessly with your team in the dedicated chat window.

Section 3: Real-time Updates: Edit & Delete Messages with Ease

When using the chat feature, you have the power to edit or delete your messages effortlessly.

1. Simply click on the three dots icon next to the profile name to access these options.

2. Once these options appear in the drop-down, simply select the one you need and take action by editing or deleting the message.

Section 4: Chat to Action: Hassle-free & Instant Issue Creation

Take your productivity to the next level by creating issues directly from chat messages.

1. Click on the three dots icon next to the profile name.

2. Choose the third option that appears, which is Create issue from this comment (located below the edit and delete message options).

3. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to input the Project key, Issue type, a brief Summary, and a Description.

4. Once you've filled in the necessary fields, click the Create button to save it as an issue.

Manage team interactions by configuring chat access in three steps:

1. Click Chat Configuration and select Groups and Roles.

2. Add desired groups and roles & save your changes.
