  1. Simply click on the three dots icon next to the profile name for these optionsto access these options.

  2. Once these options appear in the drop-down, simply select the one you need and take action by editing or deleting the message.

Section 4: Chat to Action: Hassle-free & Instant Issue Creation

Take your productivity to the next level by creating issues directly from chat messages.

  1. Click on the three dots icon next to the profile name.

  2. Choose the third option that appears, which is Create issue from this comment (located below the edit and delete message options).

  3. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to input the Project key, Issue type, a brief Summary, and a Description.

  4. Once you've filled in the necessary fields, click the Create button to save it as an issue.
