Click the "Pin this Attachment" icon below each attachment to prioritize visibility.
To remove the pin, click the icon again.

Return to the main Jira menu and click on "Issues".
Choose "Search for issues" from the dropdown.
Write your query using JQL search and click "Search".
Issues with pinned comments will appear in the search results.
