Step by Step Guide: Announcements for Jira

Welcome to Announcements for Jira, the ultimate app for supercharging your Jira communication. Let's dive into the essentials:

Section 1: Installation - Data Center

  1. Log in as an admin in your Jira instance.

  2. Click the admin dropdown and select Atlassian Marketplace.

  3. Find Announcements for Jira, then choose either Try free or Buy now.

  4. Follow the instructions to download and apply the license.

Section 2: Configuration

  1. Access the Announcements for Jira settings in Jira administration.

  2. Customize permissions, display options, and appearance to fit your needs.

Section 3: Creating and Crafting Announcements

  1. In Jira administration, choose Manage apps > Announcements management.
